Request a return or size exchange within 14 days of delivery by emailing shopotsco@gmail.com with your order number and request.

Item condition

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags attached. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for size changes or change-of-mind returns. OTS covers return shipping when we sent an incorrect or defective item. Include details and photos if available so we can help resolve the issue.

Custom decals

Custom decals are final sale for change of mind. This does not exclude assistance for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Refunds & exchanges

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Exchanges depend on availability; contact us to arrange the next steps.
