Shipping & Processing
In-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs & delivery
Available shipping methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any carrier delivery estimate is in addition to order processing time and is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Custom items & preorders
The 3–5 business-day processing window applies only to in-stock items. Please check the product description for custom or preorder timing. If no timing is listed, contact us before ordering.
Order help
Check your shipping address before placing your order. For shipping questions or address correction requests, email shopotsco@gmail.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.
United States shipping rates
- Small sticker-only orders: $3.50 standard shipping. Small stickers ship in an envelope.
- Clothing and 40-inch decals: $8 standard shipping.
- Orders containing both small stickers and clothing or a 40-inch decal use the $8 standard rate.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Express shipping, when available, is shown separately at checkout. Processing time applies before shipping.
