Shopping with Own The Streets

These terms apply to shopping at shopots.com, operated by OTS Clothing. Our store is hosted by Shopify. For questions, email shopotsco@gmail.com.

Products, Sizing & Prices

Review the selected product, color, size, price, and quantity before ordering. Product descriptions explain what is included. Colors may appear different depending on your screen. Fit varies by style; consult Size & Fit or contact us before ordering.

Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Product availability and prices may change for future orders.

Orders & Payment

Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an order error, need an address correction, or wish to request a cancellation. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping & Processing

In-stock orders process within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time is additional. Custom items and preorders may take longer; check the product listing or contact us before ordering. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Request a return or size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Contact us before sending anything back. Customers pay return shipping for size changes or change of mind; OTS covers return shipping for incorrect or defective items. Exchanges depend on availability. Eligible refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.

Custom decals are final sale for change of mind. Contact us if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Read our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
